That is the only issue I have with Swiftech rads... the mounting holes are like, crooked or not tapped properly, or don't line up in a square....
Heya Wez, Sadly, this issue has carried over to the new Swiftech Apogee XT blocks too - I have very lightly tightened down on the bloak to test for proper seating, undoing, and then tightening up proper - two of the four threads in the backplate and associated screws stripped. very low quality fasterners.

Such a pity this once great product is going backwards in the name of cost-cutting/savings. A time Gabe has a look at these issues and resolve.
