yeah, I mean a bit simplier, but it can appear to look different when produced as a real part

I am not sure I understand details of your conception right,
how do you plan to put the letters on? spraypaint with the pattern, some kind of printing?
Letters are fine, may it will be better if they are not so eyecatching (for example engrave them and then just paint over with white)

Anyway that's how I imagine it:
Two on the left show panel without red dots, letters painted glossy black or in some other way you intended to use.
One on the right hand side is same to your but letters painted black. To my mind LEDs are too much there, simple glossy red squares instead would be great.


And some more... Did you planned any gap between solid white and red mesh? If not, I would like to suggest you the following (not sure it is possible to produce in metal though )
It is sideview of the case, red mesh is placed where usually Lian-Li mesh bay covers are. White line is solid part with letters, dots etc. It is kinda like arc above the mesh
