OK I made all the changes....except didn't disable TM function.....this is my son's box (18 years old) and didn't wanna leave him that vulnerable to his own inattention
Is Turbo disabled? As for TM function, as long as you have the "Extreme overclock" set to disable, then you wont be getting into any thermal problems on a normal day to day use even if your son plays 24/7.

3rd run @ 1.236 BIOS setting for CPU Voltage
CPU-z says 4009 MHz @ 200.5 Bus Speed, 3608.3 QPI Link @ 1.232 CPU volts

coretemp says max temps were 72/68/67/66
Linx finished in 5m 47s w/o errors.
Looks like this is your sweet spot for 4.0. You may now try lowering your QPI/DRam voltage.

I bet, you can still run this stable on a fair bit lower voltage, and, for me, this is as far as I would go for a normal day to day use. Anything higher is simply overkill, unless, of course, your using your rig for heavy encoding and or audio/video editing.

Temp scrennie while running either Linx/IBT/OCCT or Prime95 will be appreciated. By the way, how did feel now that you have finally made it to the 4.xx OC guild?

... and yes, you need to do at least 20-25 runs for either LinX or IBT at max memory and at least 12 hours for either OCCT and Prime 95 small FFT's and Blend to find out maximum heat output and memory stability.
