if the benches arent real then whys amd preparing 5890/5990 for fermi arrival ??

no need for them spend time/resources for pointless releases

I think AMD/ATI knows better than anybody of us how good Fermi will be. My guess is that GTX380 is of course faster than HD-5870 and GTX395 (Dual GPU) faster than HD-5970. That's what they might need HD-5990 for
