There's an EK Supreme LT and a 4870 block there as well. It's a homebuilt case with a non-standard layout for the PSU, so not the best angles to see, but the link from 4870 block to the mainboard cooling goes fine in 7/8" without a kink. I just have one at the top of the loop I have to deal with now, I notice, sneaked in while I had the lid on... I guess I could do with some bracing to support the video card too, I'll get right on that!
