    The screens that I posted were running on the F7 Bios.

    Ok, I tried the F9e Bios, for some reason I can get my 3.8Ghz and/or 3.6Ghz setting on the F7 Bios to run on the F9e, it doesn't want to boot...

    So I flashed it back to the F7 for the meantime. Seems that the F7 works for me.
