    I don't know mate, anything above that and it just makes the CPU more unstable of course at higher clocks i will need more. But it's always good to find the sweet spot for MCH voltage at a given clock At 475FSB 1.22v is the sweet spot for me.

    P45 & 45nm tends to need less MCH voltage anyway. Either that or i've got an awesome board
