It's the CPU I am pretty sure of now. Last night I dropped the NB/HT under 2000 and dropped the RAM to 1066 6-7-7-18 and it was still acting funny, but running. When I woke up this morning it had crashed. I had the AII 240 at 3808mhz w/ 1.440v, where as I have been running it for weeks on my DFI M2RSH at 3808mhz w/1.425v.

    My setup is
    -GD-70
    -AII 240
    -G.Skill 4GB 2000mhz Ripjaws
    -Diamond 43870x2
    -WC loop
    -950W PSU

I have now lowered it to 3500 and bumped the RAM to 1333 9-9-9-24 1T in hopes of finding stability. But I really picked this setup to break some records with, so need to get this figured out.

Wat I couldn't understand is, if I raid my CPU V first, then I got raise my CPU VDDC it actually drops my CPU V. My DFI didn't have all these settings, so I just feel it has to be something I am missing somewhere here.
Cpu V is an offset of Cpu VDD. When you raise Cpu V, it's just adding an offset of 0.01v steps to cpu vdd. When you change the Cpu vdd, cpu v will reflect the number of offset steps you applied earlier.
