If you have D0 I would say that your Vcore is a little on the high side for 3.8GHz.
Although no 2 chips are the same, I can do 3.8GHz stable with only 1.200v Vcore, 1.225v QPI/Vtt, and the rest on stock.
I could probably get the Vcore lower tbh, but I never bothered playing with the BIOS settings at 3.8GHz as I wanted to get 4GHz stable.
I can do 4GHz with 1.248v Vcore and 1.255v QPI.
You should try lowering your Vcore to 1.2500v and then test with LinX or Prime95 to see if you can get it stable with less voltage.
The voltages you are using are perfectly fine for 24/7 usage, but like I said, you could propably get them lower with a bit of tweaking.
Or you could even leave them where they are, but just bump your Bclk up to 191 which will give you a 4GHz o/c instead of 3.8GHz, I know you said you didn't want to go any higher, but if your chip can do it, then it would be worth it imo...
