Hello all,
First off I am not expert in overclocking so I would like that you guys check are my settings (voltages) safe for 24/7 usage.
My i7 920 is overclocked to 3,6 GHz+ TURBO BOOST and I don't want to go higher. Memory is Kingston 3x2 GB kit, 1866 MHZ. It needs 1.65 V to work at that speed. I set CPU clock ratio to 20x, and BCLK to 180. QPI Clock Ratio is x 36 so I get 6,48GHz QPI speed. I set CPU Vcore to 1.27500V in bios, QPI/Vtt Voltage to 1.335V. IOH core is at 1.120V, DRAM Voltage is 1.660V so that BIOS see 1.650V. CPU PLL is 1.840V, ICH Core is at 1.140V.
I have finished LinX 0.6.3. times x50 with maximum memory usage with no errors, maximum teperature reported with real temp is 80C.
I am interested are my settings safe for usage and is there something else i need to do, lower Voltages , atc...
Im am very grateful in advance for your responses, and sorry for my english
