I'm doing a P80 for water cooling myself atm. Same as you, powder coated black inside

I only have one loop for now, and I'm placing my rad in the bottom blowing the air out. Only problem was making the holes.

I used a hole saw and it ended up quite nice, same as Eponymous did in his worklog.

It's now at the powder coating shop, hope it turns out ok.
Remember to make a sketch or something so the powder coaters know where to put seals for threads.
ok, thanks. Threads was the thing that disturbed me, now i know how to save threads in place

btw, should case be sandblasted before coating?

A solution is to cut a HDD cage in half and put it on a plate in the top like Sniipe did.

    Keep up the nice work!
yep, I have only one free slot
May be I'll pick any other more compact cage (e.g. Scythe HDD Stabilizer). Another option is to change my raid array to SSD, but it is "wallet run"

    thank you
Nope, I am going with only one rad in the front but who knows
