The 5870 will have twice the ram of the original 4870, along with other architectural improvements, if it isn't 80%+ faster than the 4870(at say 1900x1200, 4xAA), then I would regard that as a failure.

I also expect the GT300 to be 80 to 100% faster than the GT200.
