Why should a retailer look for a chip which does 4Ghz?

It's like buying a car, tune it and it got broken you bring it back and say : i want a new car but i want it to be tuned? The retailer is not responsible for your chip overclock abilities.

And 40-45 idle temps are totally normal. My i7 does 20x133 0.86 with 40-45 idle load only 50 degrees.

Btw , does anyone a program how much GT/s you have? I want to check if my 6.4 GT/s is working but don't know how
