Well the way i see, the support from ocuk has been far better than i would get from any retailer in my country. The fact that they even talk to you about OC capatibility of the chip is quite surprising for me, i never dare to mentoin any OCing, since they dont support nor guarantee anything other, than that chip will run on stock clocks.
I once bring my chip to RMA, since i suspected it would couse my system to not post (it was MB, anyway). The support guy then looked at the chip, smiled and told me "Unless it is not fried, we are not gonna replace the chip, since those chips never break". Then he tried it and it obviously worked...
But on other hand, i would never send them top notch chip back just becouse some uncertainity about its funcionality, when it could be other hw components (or brackets in your case)
