Have you enabled 'Load Line Calibration' in the BIOS??
Basically all you are experiencing is vdroop which is pretty normal, enabling LLC helps to surpress it a little, but as long as your system is stable, I woulnt worry too much
I have been switching it been disabled/enabled as i have seen conflicting info regading this.. I will try and change it tonight.. See how my overclocking goes.. I just find it odd that I am set to BIOS Vcore to 1.25 but i never see more than 1.21 on CPU-Z..
