If it helps any, use CPUID HWMonitor, even on unlocked chips "TMPIN1" gives a pretty accurate temp for the core on the UD4P boards... As long as you can keep that temp <53c under load you should be OK.

I don't want to advise you to push harder than you feel comfortable with, but if you want to try for more, keep an eye on TMPIN1 and try these options:

1) Add .100v to the CPU-NB vid (I run mine at +.175)
2) Add .100v to the NB(chipset) and SB. This should put them @ 1.2/1.3v respectively..
3) Add .150 to the CPUcore (mine is @ +.250)

On the Vcore, 1.4v (+.100v) is actually pretty low with good cooling (watch TMPIN1 though )

CPU-Z shows my Vcore @ 1.52 (I think it's +.250)

Don't push harder than you feel comfortable with, but you asked for suggestions so I thought I would offer fairly safe options...

Keep an eye on HWMonitor though, at least on my machine sustained temps greater than 55c usually results in a crash.
