My first go at sleeving, thanks for the guide!
HAHAHHA well the staple way to remove atx pins is definately easier, I thought i was so good at it i can just push and pull. SO I kept doing it all went well then all of a sudden, i pull the wire outta its pin. silly me.. Now I have to wait for PPCS to get back in stock with Female ATX Pins. Anywhere else I can buy???
Great guide btw

red´n´white
sata meets 5.7mm sleeve
i think they like each other![]()
Nice, white sleeving inside a translucent tube.
How did you do that? Just sleeve a regular audiocable and put a tube over it with a chrome bit at the end?
If so, where did you get it? The chrome bit I mean.
@TCassius: Still nothing.![]()
I can see the forums, but only the links of the pictures. Why not host it at Imageshack or pict.com?

It is a 3 pin fan lead, as i am playing with few ideas. As the stereo jack has 3 connecters it works well.
Hope that explains a bit more bout it

Bentley I love the idea of using stylish plugs instead of these darned molex configurationsat least for fans if not other parts its wonderful
![]()
wow bentleya, this is really nice idea. Agree with Sniipe - your concept hundred times better than awful molex
btw, just imagine backpanel of fan controller that looks like hi-fi audio receiver with lots of slots for connectors - I'd love thatAlso it would be much easier to connect/disconnect
stereo plug mods have been around for a long time, never has gained in popularity because of the amount of work+costs entailed.
Check these out for examples orac3 + der meister
good job benty!

I cant briad for shnit![]()
