where did you buy the xeon? I got mine from the egg. but since I need another one, I would like to buy it from a store that has the good batch.

I'm outside of the states. I just mail & phone the shops in my country to confirm the batch. Looks like your neighbour knows every batch in Canada if you are interested.

It low volt but the power draw nearly the same as my first chip that like vcore. I just confirm it by wattmeter when I swap the cpu.
