He is stable with tRD5, Twister strong @ 1600 CAS7, problem lies with ram @ 1800 and 2x2Gb. He stated that in his post, here´s a quote.

This setup with strap 200 @ FSB 400 and ram @ 1600 CAS7 is a bit special on this X48 board even though tRD5 looks low but it is a sweetspot at FSB 400.
