well, it did that when i first plugged it in, with the original bios (0302 i think)...

so i set all my settings, including power options in bios, same problem....

then reloaded default settings using F5 in bios...flashed to 1201 and then loaded default (still using F5) and booted to windows, problem persists...

set my settings in bios, including disabling "Power On after power loss", booted to Windows, still turns back on when i shut down...



im thinking of dowloading all previous bios files and see if any of them resolves this...
