First thing I would do is to step down on the multi to get FSB 450 stable and then go for multi 10
Delay 300ps at both CPU/NB Clock skew doesnīt sound right, try CPU -100, NB Normal or CPU -300ps, NB -100ps or even auto on both.
In which range do have test NB GTL ref? have you tried auto?
Have you tried both CPU, NB GTL ref on auto to see how far you get?
What kind of ram do you use?
