    Thank you so much Ghost. Yep this Corsair RAM is the v4.1 that uses the Samsung Chips.(I would think the same as your Transend)

    I wil give your suggestions ago and see what happens, no matter what I have tried today I get massive amount of errors at 9mins in Memtest so fingers crossed .

    Just a thought.. This RAM has the XMP profile..I hate using these preset profiles but what about if I select that XMP profile and then check in the BIOS (before I load in to the OS) to see what that sets the timings at???
    Then didtch the XMP profile and manually put in the XMP profile settings...as I say its just a thought
