us as the end user dont care how many people are in the firm. in this day and age, all emails must be responded to. this isn't 1997 when people didn't know how to email. i sent an email to my local pc shop (2 person firm) and they responded to my email. if TFC wants people to buy their products, they need to respond to email, phone calls, fax (may be dying but still used so they should have the option) within 24/48 hours time.
