I have used the feser fittings on their quad and no leaks....im thinking it might be from you twisting too hard or it came from the factory that way and they didnt test it before leaving? I had a leak in my rad, but foudn out its my fault I had a screw too long and punctured a hole in the radiator itself.....feser is just hard to get with through contact period they wont even look at their emails from what I understand. I dont know why they offer 5 year warranty on a radiator that they dont even have an RMA process or check emails in general.
