F9 bios now, seems to be good. F8 was the only one I didn't care for, unstable with same settings as on the others. 500fsb 24/7, 506fsb was the highest Ive been able to get stable, after that temps get to high.

yeah im suck at 555fsb right now with my q9550 i think ill try the F9 maybe it will help a little
