Well, if catering for upside down motherboards why not make the rear panel 3 moveable sections? This way not only can the mb tray be flpped it can also be lowered by strange people like me who don't like bottom mounted rads and would rather have 2 rads at the top

What do strange people like me then do about the psu ? We move it to the bottom of the case but at the front and exhaust the heat through a cut out in the bottom of the case
