I'll check when I get home to be 100% certain but I think you are right because dust tends to build-up under the case, which makes sense the way you explain it. In that case (pun not intended), disregard my suggestion for the upside-down psu

Also, the more I think about that case, the more I want it. MAKE IT HAPPEN!
