I am not 100% certain but I think that after you set the "Driving Strength Profile" to 1066 this will now show the timings in your bios. I noticed the same thing when I first started with this board and after I began enabling some things with my ram CPUZ began reporting the correct timings.
Change it to manual and set your timings manually. My GSkill 8800s got picked up as 5-7-7-20, they are actually 5-5-5-15 so I've manually changed them and havent had an issue.
