I have a feeling that the RAM speed, voltage, and trimming are all messed up, but frankly don’t have the knowledge to judge or decide anything here (googling & reading atm), I tried different settings in the “DRAM Performance Control”, if I set MCH Frequency Latch to 300 it only gives me 2.00D as an option, 400 opens 2.00B, tried both and didn’t notice any difference.
If I set the “System Memory Multiplier” to auto, the number in the “Memory Frequency” goes from 1066…800 to 1066….1280 but was afraid to save and apply this
I did something else that made the memory speed 533 (in cpu-z)and something else that made the trimmings 5-5-5-15 (in cpu-z)
btw, even if I enable the “CPU EIST Function” the CPU multi is still fixed @ 8.5 and the speed is fixed @ 3400 ?!![]()
