My B-batch-babe 3837B017 doesn't like 20 multi (it needs more Vcore to get stable), but runs great with 19.
It is 1 hour primestable @4.01(19x211) on air (I didn't test longer to spare it for stress on this speed, but i believe it can prime much longer). DFI LP UT has proven to have the capability of running stable at BCLK 211 too. It has been behaving excellent under heavy load for 24/7 (i have been using some very CPU-intensive applications for 3D-rendering).
I had to find the right VVT to get my CPU primestable. (It won't prime at all, will BSOD at the first moment with any other value than VVT=1.32 or 1.34)
I had to make sure MEM is stable, too (with long running MEM-testing to find the right timings), and i believe it has big impact on stability under stress (specially on BCLK 211).
EDIT: to conclude:
Each CPU-batch is different (needs different Vcore and VVT), and each RAM needs different Vdimm to run stable on the specific divider/timing, but DFI LP UT can run stable on higher BCLK (with the right Vcore/VVT/Vdimm).
