I agree it has something to do with the OC settings, I just hope to find the right ones to cure the problem.
If you are hearing beeps after a reset or shut down try to test each memory module individual too, sometimes a single bad stick of ram causes the problem.

Use same settings as before but now with a single stick, if the issues stop and you can maintain the settings without hearing the beeps or seeing the red bad oc screen after you power on you got a bad stick.
