The MCH ref and the cpu ref is easy to set {i just use Jor31BR's golden rule}

it is the mch/dram ref. Mine is always half of the dram voltage and; yes, it "tracks" with the dram voltage setting, except in your templates you changed it a little, its not half. Was that accident or did you change it on purpose? And if so, did it help.
