    so much time passed
    but i am still here
no major updates but finally i've decided one of the most dificult task about cable management, 24-pin and 8-pin at first

meanwhile i've tested ati 3870x2 and found it is not compatible with my dfi x38!
so i changed it for 8800gts-512
but i dont like 8800gts card too much, i missed for 3870x2, eh

    Hi

    Rioja

Great ideaa about the rad in the top
have now done the same and provides much more space
than the rad vertical in the front
good idea about the cables aswell
are you using the ddc 18w ultra pumps
how have you found the best way to stop the vibration /noise to a minium
    cheers

no, pumps are 10w, don't know about their noise and vibration coz didn't turn them on yet.
but i'm leaning to mount them vertically as in pictures before, either directly to the case or through rubber zalman legs.
for now i stuck with cable sleeving and finding best way to place them, have to do it quick, before my vacation after tomorrow

Vatos, thanks for the link, maybe i'll do the same later.
But I believe that 10W has less heat, noise, vibrance and more reliable, and hope it'll be enough. I used Martin's flow estimator, and it seems 10W will give quite a good flow.

    Main loop I plan is: DDC1-T -> PA120.3 -> D-Tek Fuzion -> Some video fullcover -> EK res
    Secondary loop is: DDC1-T -> PA120.2 -> MCW30 -> EK NB Asus 1 -> MIPS PWM -> MIPS RAM -> EK res

And alittle more pics before my time-out.

I made several extension cables and adapter cables, to control several fans as one. Here are cables 3->1 for triple rad, and two 2->1 for dual rad and for case front and back fans.

There are 7 fans Coolermaster PL12S12L-4 with red leds in the case, and one more for spare, not sleeved..

Now plug rads and case fans to DFI connectors. Radiator fans will be connected to rheobus latter, becoz DFI is very very weak board regerding monitoring and controls. ACtually I very disapointed with this lack of functionality.

As for cable mangement. i'm very happy how smart stacker case is.
Becoz of niches in top area, where psu and rad are, and niches on the sides od drive bays, it is easily posssible to get simple clean rig. Case is very good

System is up and running, all stuff connected, except hdd, dvd, uv lamps and wc components.

Btw it was good idea to make airduct in front top cover, i can feel air flow, going out of the front mesh.

    Thats all

Great job with the cable management.

You should sleeve the 8 pin extension cable though.

I'd would never use a hookah as a bong... At least my opening is waaay to big to seal airtight.

    allright, more pics are coming

    disassembling

    say goodby to air cooling

    ready for wc

    res-s have a thermosensor

unfortunately, one of the res has defect on top cover
    so it passes the air
i've tried to fill these holes with a silicon, hope this will help

good stuff from thermaltake big typhoon

    water fresh water

wrong mounted pumps make a lot of noise
    more details here
    http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=217248

    fortunately i had some stuff

and it all turned out as silent work with properly airflow

dimms came with heatsink not installed as special order
coz i have mips ram freezer to watercool them

    stock speed is 1200mhz

but here i am in doubt what to use, so i decided to install stock heatsink and see how it will warm
and i may switch to watercool dimm later

oh no, i have ordered wrong additive, it is not uv

but in 50:50 proportion (with 5:95 default) is is quite bright in daylight

air thermosensors from kaze master panel
so i have full control over temp, 4 temps are measured - loop 1, loop 2, case inside, ambient

    this thing installed wrong

board's system (pwm) temp is higher than with stock heatsink now

someone from other forum gave me a key why
i left stock washers which has big height
so contact between block and mosfets is bad

so i'm going to reassemble system
also my plan is to install fullcover video block in second loop
and make water with uv adds, and install the light
and project will be finished for awhile

funny, tomorrow will be one year since it was started

those blue things u mean? they are from cooler master hdd box, it came with case but u may buy it separatly
    http://www.coolermaster.com/products...ate=65&id=2542

btw it is so un-practical that ddc has only 2 mountings, with their vibrance
so i made 4 points of rest, 2 points in case itself thru big holes

and other 2 thru pump's mountings

    arkadur
all my hardware was ordered one year ago at those time only single option for pwm cooling was mips pwm freezer
on other hand this block compatible with all dfi lt\ut boards from p35 to x58
    so it was future investment
i'd like to see how ek looks and what is performance
btw do 2 big cpl chips leave fingerprint on ek block?

as for video in 2d slot, this way system just looks more loose, when parts are not close to each otgher
also my new video is old 8800gtx with 27cm length, and in bottom slot it would be too close to reservoirs barbs

my endless build was very close to finish but suddenly ..
    i got presents

    reload stage 6 begins

i think it's only single board in the world with cooling system on screws not pushpins
