I had all three harddrives on one of the single 3 prong outputs of the powersupply so maybe it was too much for that rail?...hmm..wonder how I could figure this out?
PCPC is a great manufacturer. Besides that, that unit (or at least it's 1000W big brother) controls ripple superbly. The only better power supply you can get at that wattage is the Antec Signature, and that's only for slightly better voltage regulation. Seriously. That thing is great. One question though: are you using the true SATA connectors, or the ones adapted from the Molex leads?
