maybe it's your memory. what memory do you have? the most stable for me is 1:1. if i try 5:6, it crashes orthos in a few minutes. i used OCZ gold and crucial memories

i am using corsair dominators 1066

1:1 ration = the lowest ram speed setting you have. It is 2 x the FSB.

wouldnt the lowest ram speed lower my OC?

and are you talkin about the strap? ... like doubling that would give me a 1:1
