if you can't get XSOS linux would be great too set it and forget it lol. dont know if you've tried linux before but imo, run ubuntu or kubuntu cause its super easy to set up and you can get Boinc from the repositories. no scripts to write or commands to learn.

What BOINC version are you using and which version of Vista 64bit (that's assuming the benchmark is for the rig in your sig)?

Rig is as in sig. 1207 bios though.

After finally figuring out how to do a service install with BOINC 6 (seriously, what idiot thought about that "run BOINC on an underpriviledged account" crap, no one in his right mind would do that ) I got a little eco-cruncher back on the grid

    Dunno if I ever posted scores, so here I go: Pentium M 705 (14x100 default, Dothan-Core) at 133x14=1833Mhz, BOINC 6.2.19 XP Pro 32 SP2:

    FPU: 1660
    Integer: 3122

Not too shabby, considering the whole rig (!) eats less than 60W with BOINC loaded (1,1V Vcore, Aopen i855GMEM-LFS mobo with laptop chipset, Matrox G550 DVI (no current ATI/NV comes close to that signal quality), 2x512MB DDR440, 2x WD1601ABYS RE2 in Raid 1, Seasonic PSU)

Oh and yes, it's the mother's internet PC

    Thanks Jaco.

jcool, are you sure that's a 705? The only one I can find in that core series at 1.4 (stock) is the 710.

    No problem, all sorted.

It is SO FREAKIN' NICE to be able to work these things out with people without having to deal with "I'm right and you're wrong because the Bible says I'M right!" type people.
(No sarcasm, I really mean it!)
I've been trying to collect this same data from another place and there's this one guy (read TROLL) who just can't help himself but to dump competing benchmarks from other packages into the thread and continually argue that HIS data is just as good or better for the comparisons we're using this for.
You guys are just genuinely helpful. THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU!

I get 4314 Whetstone/ 12046 Dhrystone. I just did a reinstall of Windows. Seems my results have dropped way down. Guess I need to start tweaking.

Is that running stock? If not, what clock are you running at and what BOINC version are you using?
