it might be wise to set 100ps for cpu skew and 200ps or 300ps for MCH skew control...and...cpu clock driving control at 900mv or 1000mv.
I was benching 3D last night at 575fsb and my settings are close to what you're advising.

@mattkosem: If Ace's settings don't get you stable try mine:

CPU SKEW 200ps
MCH SKEW 100ps
Driving Control 800mV

PLL voltage 1.6
NBV .350
fsb .325

Memory AUTO
PL 11 (you should be able to do 10 or 9 between 500-530 if you have good ram).

That's all I remember off the top of my head.

These setting are real picky so be prepared to spend some time trying to find out what works for you.
