    Thanks Guys.

    We're nearly there!

Nils is finalizing the website and I'm working on the product images. If all goes well we should be able to launch within a week.

Meanwhile, here are a couple of faceplate logo closeup pics...

I'm afraid we won't be launching with side window designs but we've got some planned for future release.

Many more pics will be on the website. I wouldn't buy anything I couldn't see from every possible angle, nor would I expect anyone else to.

The faceplate mount, lightbox and optical door opening mechanism allows use of all the upper drive bays. The faceplate kit also includes the optical drive door cover which matches the faceplate.

You BETTER have TONNES of stock because you are going to get bombarded with orders!

Have you thought about selling cables ONLY that are PRE SLEEVED? it would be good for people like me who can't be bothered taking plugs off

you dont have to take plugs off the cables that came with the case, i didn't and it came out fine, it might be easier tho. however some of my sleeving is starting to fray now (6 months later) but charles will be selling glue-lined heatshrink which will solve that.

That proper sucks that they cant even manufacture it to make a proper contact with the ram chips, Il be sure not to buy EK water blocks in future, well I already have 2 but def avoiding the GPU ones!
The detailing on this case is awsome! Must have taken ages to get all the lines in th front panel!

A work of art more than a PC case mod

+1! This build is what i use to show off XS to my mates. They can't get enough of the sleeved cables and inpeccable wire management. It really is a work of art.

Thanks for the comments and support guys. I can't tell you how much your kind words mean to me. Thank you also for your patience. Turns out summer is the worst time to launch a business selling custom made computer case parts. So many shops take holidays, sometimes shutting down entirely for weeks. Since coming up with the murderMod idea a few months ago, some things have gone smoothly, some things not so much. What we haven't done is compromise - on anything. What we'll offer are products we're proud of and in the end what matters is getting it right - not rushing to get the parts out.

Nils and I are working to get murderMod online ASAP. I've been focusing my efforts exclusively on murderMod for the past month. Once we're up and running smoothly, I'll begin the pure|murderbox build and worklog. Everything is in place to execute, I just need the time. When pure|murderbox is complete, our next project will be "aquatica" - a Plexiglas scratch build. The concept is complete, we just need to sort out some structural details. All being well, aquatica will commence early in the new year. Once the structural details are sorted, I'll post the concept renders. I won't even try to describe the design in words, I'll let the concept renders do the talking.

The weekend was all about murderMod product shots. Unfortunately, the weather (sun) wasn't too cooperative so I'll need another photo day or two to complete all the shots.

    Here's another of the faceplate

we already thought about that, since this material is different than the "normal" materials you can buy everywhere, because the diameters are just "right". The 4,4mm sleeving adds a nicer look (that's why the Germans freak out about it ) to the individual sleeved cables than the common 3,2mm / 6,4mm materials. Also I am very proud about the SATA-sleevings, because they exactly match the diameter of ~8mm SATA-II cables. It makes a big difference compared to 9,5mm or 10,2mm sleeves on SATA once you bend the cable. The bigger ones get wide ... the exact one stays on the cable-shape like a charme.

The only challenge might be the pricing, since I have to make a big shipment to Charles / Canada, because this stuff is made in Germany (on order = huge quantities). If we could stay below or equalize the price of CleanCut plus 3:1 Shrinks, we can make it available in Americas - we just want to stick to reasonable pricing with whatever we do - even that we would have something unique (at least that's what I know) over there in Can / USA.

This mdpc-x thing was just created to make my life easier, since I got so many private-requests. That is why it was never promoted by me in any way

I will discuss the option of a murdermod-sleeving-cable-management-kit with Charles tonight.
well, even in english for us Euro's who don't speak german bitte??

August is indeed a strange month as Charles said. There was also an unforseen "not-so-funny-coding-problem" with murdermod, that's why another two days are gone. I can't wait to complete it, because ... I WANT TO MOD!!!

About the sleeving: Another example of August The production facility can deliver the goods to me by the end of August. Charles should get the sleeving material in the first two weeks of September. Of course - if it's earlier, the better. ... not for Charles, because he then has to measure, cut, roll, tape like a
