Can anyone tell me what occt crash code 4 means please?

I just cannot get my machine to stop bsoding at random,my memory is crucial pc8500 tracers which are on my boards qvl.I used to run my chip in my p5k-prem at 3.6ghz/1.41vcore 24/7 with no problems.

Could it be my raid setup that is causing random bsods? mebbe this board has a problem with certain discs like the p5k-prem? they are samsung sp2504c's.

I am at my wits end
