For such a small price difference between the two and having temp read-outs and more options in the BIOS I would have to agree. Unfortunately my board was just goofy from the get go and a couple of days later it just up and died w/o warning or explanation so I can't honestly recommend it to someone else.
I'm hoping it was just my bad luck because I had such high hopes for the Formula II given the outstanding performance I'm getting from the P5Q-D.
