Okay, I'm at 1600 linked and synched for a modest CPU overclock of 3.2GHz. It was stable for 9 hours in Prime95 in a 88f room before I stopped the test to continue working on the system.

Settings:

vcore 1.27500v
llc Disabled
pll 1.52v
vtt 1.32v
memory 1.86v
nb 1.46v
sb 1.50v

The only issue at this point seems to be that about one out of five "warm reboots" freezes the computer pre-post. It's not a big deal since I press reset button, go into BIOS, save, and get out. . . and then I boot into Windows that is none-the-wiser.

But, at some point, I'll want to fix this issue. I've tried bringing each of the above up one or two notches. But the added heat seems a bit wasteful considering it's otherwise stable. So if I'm going to crank one up, I'd rather only do it to the one that's really, truly necessary.

So, any idea which voltage is most likely to be the culprit here in causing the system to not POST after a warm reset. . . but only sporadically (1 out of 5 warm restarts)?

Thanks!
