Can you explain why overclocking in the BIOS doesn't actually produce an overclock? Or why Cpt. Planet has also had this problem (and he wrote the bloody overclocking guide, so its pretty obvious I am not making a simple mistake?)

Looks pretty bloody alpha to me. Newegg will not accept an RMA of this board and basically I am getting close to contacting my bank to file a dispute with the credit card company for being sold a defective, falsely advertised product.
