I just set it to 1.92V, 10-10-10-24, 2T and it still BSODs while loading Vista at 1600Mhz.

I then go back into the BIOS during restart and "load optimized defaults" which will then hang the computer after saving and exiting.

The only way to get it to boot again is to push the little CMOS button on the MB.
