Well I have already RMAed it back to Newegg. I do not want to spend days trying to get 1333-1400Mhz stable on sticks that are supposedly rated at 1600Mhz.
I would rather spend my time trying to get an actual overclock.
I am not inexperienced and have been building PCs for abut 6 years, so, while not a professional, I do know for the most part what I am doing.
The fact that your professional employees state that they have not been able to get over 1500Mhz stable, says to me, "then why should I waste my time?" Also it begs the question of why you advertise them at 1600Mhz?
I ordered 8GB of http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145190 Intel XMB SPD certified RAM to replace it.
As to why I posted here, it is because I have been a member here for awhile (and a lurker for even longer). I trust XS for unbiased discussion even though I usually just read and do not post.
Also it looks like someone else is now reporting major problems with OCZ RAM on this board.
