I still don't understand why there would be such a huge difference between the 1st 2 and 2nd 2 sets of cores. I know the evap head is seated flat.

Anyway, go back to basics on your bios settings and work back up. It took allot of trial and error for me to figure out the differences is settings between this and the previous QX. You may still have a dud, but I thought so at first also.
