Sorry to hear that Sparrow. The whole snap crackle pop issue seems to vary with each person as we all have different hardware configurations.

I'd suggest you take a look at an earlier thread, maybe you can troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue? This person's cause was a USB Webcam/Microphone of all things
