I don't doubt the drivers could be hacked. But it's no easy task. There's somewhere between 15 and 18 keys that need to be found and unencrypted. But they will never be publicly available. nVidia has let it be known that if it ever happens the wrath of their entire legal department would be unleashed on those responsible
