    i can do 500x7 (but my ram craps out, thus the D9 DS3 issue) on my DS3 and that was one of the first to hit the shelves

    Nice chip. I had to use 1.565 bios volts to get mine orthos stable at that speed on p5b.

    Orthos stable? =) i can run superpi with 480fsb but not stable with orthos.. i might be having ram limit... currently stable at 460x7 pass all test but ram timing sucks at 5-5-5-15 2.2v

    I think c2 stepping 965 should go more than 560fsb as my c1 dq6 can stable at 500fsb

    6 hours of Orthos is not good enough, i've had Orthos fails after 9 hours. You need a minimum 24 hour run.

    dude , does your ds4 have any coldboot issues?
    E8400 E0 @ 4.00 GHZ, DFI P45 T2RS+, 4X2GB Mushkin 1066 996599, Radeon 4890 , Enermax Liberty 620W , 4X500GB HDD+Samsung SLC 64gb SSD.

    i dunno, i only use my comp to play games, so dual pi 32m stable is mroe than enough for me. also orthos 8hr seem enough as i only run orthos when i gone to bed, and when i wake up i need to use comp.

    9 hrs is enough for me as well (altho I am running blend at this moment), as mostly all I do is game

    Hmm, why do you only get 16.8s in superpi at 3.5GHz? I get 15.9 with E6600 @ 3.2GHz (400x8). When I overclocked it to 3.55 i got 14.3s. I have a Abit AW9D-Max.

    Hmm, why do you only get 16.8s in superpi at 3.5GHz? I get 15.9 with E6600 @ 3.2GHz (400x8). When I overclocked it to 3.55 i got 14.3s. I have a Abit AW9D-Max.
    975X have better speed and also mabye 4MB of E6600

    he is doing orthos and superpi at the same time. Thats also why he´s time is slow. But who cares
