    I can get it to boot around 390 x9, 3.5 GHz. And I can even get it to run for a while, pass a few PI tests etc. But, it just does not have the stability I need.

    I run this system 24/7 and also want to use the bios power management on my day to day use.

    Most q6600's on air seems to need at least above 1.4v to get 3.6. I would try higher volts and if that fails try with higher volts and drop the multiplier to 8and try fsb450 1:1 with memory. I have pll=1.6,fsb=1.3,and NB=1.4 with vcore=1.4125v I dont believe that you want to use BIOS power management if you are overclocking as it will affect the stablity.
