It drops some. I have the Vcore set to 1.385. And I get 1.34 at idle and it drops to 1.31 under load. I want it to loop both Prime95 25.4 Torture Test and 3DMARK06 together indefinitely at that Vcore.

I keep Vanderpool off, and I had the CI and Speedstep disabled for testing.
I can get it to boot around 390 x9, 3.5 GHz. And I can even get it to run for a while, pass a few PI tests etc. But, it just does not have the stability I need.

I run this system 24/7 and also want to use the bios power management on my day to day use.

I run my DDR at 1.2v. I have not messed with the NB v, maybe I should up that a little. I don't even know what the default voltage is on that.

I think I am maxing out this PS. 520 w, with 2 RAIDs and a bunch of other stuff. I was hoping to get it up to around stable at maybe over 3.5 GHz.

But I will wait till the DDR3 comes down in price and get a new board and memory.

PCMARK05 on 10/11/06 with 2 core at just about the same speed.

This is one with the same 2 core CPU on 3/27/07 with Vista.
    Look at the HD speed

This is a test the other day with the Quad under XP. By the time I ran this one at this clock speed it was late. I only ran it one time. Maybe a few more runs it would have balanced out more. It run's everything 2 times. So, it is like having two tests. One with the overall and one by line item.

I need to clean up my Vista install before I do a test PCMARK05 on that.
